We know that many questions arise before booking: check-in and check-out times, services, parking, pets… To make things easier for you, we’ve compiled the most frequently asked questions from our guests with clear, straightforward answers. HOURS & RULES
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM. You can request early check-in or late check-out when making your reservation, although this cannot always be guaranteed.
Where is the tourist tax paid?
The tourist tax is paid directly at the hotel. It is not included in the prices, being €0.66 per person per day for adults and children over 16 years of age, it will be paid for up to a maximum of 7 consecutive days.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed at Hotel Anglada.

Does Hotel Anglada serve breakfast?
Yes, we offer breakfast. Select your dates and see the available rooms with breakfast included.
Does the hotel have a pool?
No, Hotel Anglada does not have a pool.
What facilities are available in the rooms?
All rooms have a private bathroom with a shower and amenities, heating, a flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi.
TRANSPORTATION & PARKING
Is there parking at the Hotel Anglada?
If you’re coming by motorbike, you can use our parking lot (please request it when booking). For cars, there’s no private parking at the hotel, but there is a public parking lot 180 meters away.
What public transportation options are there in the area?
Vielha is connected by bus to nearby towns and ski resorts. You can also use taxis or local ridesharing services. In summer, many attractions can be explored on foot or by bicycle.

What tourist attractions are nearby?
– Baqueira Beret Ski Resort: less than 15 km away, perfect for skiing and snowboarding.
– Aigüestortes i Estany de Sant Maurici National Park: ideal for hiking, wildlife, and photography.
– Discover the Aran Valley: (closed from November to March)
Can I get ski passes at the hotel?
Yes, at Hotel Anglada we offer BaqueiraTICKETs for access to the slopes and lifts. You can purchase them directly at reception without having to wait in line at the station.
Are there restaurants nearby?
In Vielha, you’ll find traditional Aranese and Catalan cuisine (such as Olla Aranese or duck), tapas bars with local wines, and cozy cafes where you can enjoy cold cuts, cheeses, and good coffee.
Cancellation policy on the website
You can cancel free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. If you cancel less than 5 days before arrival, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total price. If you do not show up, the fee will be the full price of the booking.
Special Cancellation Policy during High Season
Dates of stay with different conditions:
Easter: from March 28, 2026 to April 5, 2026, and from July 1 to 5, 2026 and Christmas: from December 22, 2025 to January 6, 2026, and from December 21, 2026 to January 6, 2027
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations made between 13 and 7 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total price. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will be charged the full price of the stay.
